You’ll be joining a team of experienced Salesforce developers and engineers, and working with Salesforce product owners and architects on an established Salesforce ISV application, Work-Relay.  Acquired by Neostella in 2022, Work-Relay runs operations for some of the world’s largest companies across many industries and use cases. 

The Senior Salesforce Technical Architect & Full Stack Developer dual role requires an individual who can architect scalable Salesforce solutions and also actively engage in hands-on development. Furthermore, a history of effective collaboration with remote offshore teams and strong expertise in the Work-Relay solution (or similar Salesforce ISV application development), and a commitment to working closely with our customer success team, delivering professional services to Work-Relay clients, is essential. Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive architectural guidance and participate in the design, development, and deployment of full-stack solutions within the Salesforce platform.
  • Convert intricate business requirements into streamlined, scalable, full-stack Salesforce solutions.
  • Facilitate technical design sessions, architect and document well-rounded solutions, and draft precise technical design specifications.
  • Dive deep into hands-on full-stack coding while adhering to best practices.
  • Supervise Salesforce development teams, acting as a mentor and the primary full-stack developer.
  • Evaluate Salesforce-related third-party applications for functional fit and full-stack integration potential.
  • Mentor junior developers, accentuating meticulous, full-stack development practices and stringent code standards.
  • Stay abreast of Salesforce features, full-stack development methodologies, and industry innovations.
  • Address complex Salesforce technical challenges head-on.
  • Forge strong collaborations with remote offshore teams, facilitating timely communication, clear requirements, and smooth workflows.
  • Leverage expertise in the Work-Relay solution to guide and implement business processes.
  • Collaborate with the customer success team, acting as a Tier 2 support and delivering exceptional professional services to Work-Relay clients.
