Sandra Palumbo Aldi has an extensive and diverse work history. Sandra began their career at AT&T as a Manager from 1997 to 2000. Sandra then worked at the Yankee Group as a Director, leading the Enterprise Services team and overseeing market surveys and forecasts from 2000 to 2008. During their time at Capgemini, they served as Associate Director of Marketing for North America BPO and ITO services, as well as Capgemini Consulting, leading direct marketing campaigns and launching the Capgemini Consulting brand in the United States from 2008 to 2010.

At Yankee Group, Sandra worked as a Research Fellow, specializing in service provider strategies for traditional and mobile service providers, including cloud computing, unified communications, and enterprise mobility. Sandra also led IT decision maker surveys from 2010 to 2011. As Director of Product Marketing at Navisite, they were responsible for the product marketing strategy and go-to-market activities for cloud-based offerings, resulting in a significant increase in cloud revenue from 2011 to 2017.

From 2013 to 2017, Sandra held the position of Director of Spectrum Enterprise Product, Content & Lead Generation Marketing at Charter Communications. In this role, they developed and executed the overall marketing strategy for the Enterprise and Carrier segments of Time Warner Cable Business Class, as well as the product and content marketing strategy for the NaviSite cloud services business unit.

Sandra joined Informa Connect in 2017 as the Head of Global Marketing for Informa Financial Intelligence. Sandra led the global marketing team in developing and implementing the business's marketing strategy, focusing on driving awareness, lead generation, and sales enablement for custom research solutions, SaaS data and analytics solutions, and marketing services to the financial industry.

Their most recent role, starting in 2021, is Head of Business Marketing - Americas & EMEA at GLG. In this position, Sandra was responsible for driving business unit revenue growth and product launches through multi-channel marketing strategies and tactics. Sandra excelled in revenue marketing, demand generation, and account-based marketing, achieving double-digit revenue growth year over year.

Sandra's current role is Chief Marketing Officer at Neota, starting in 2023.

Sandra Palumbo Aldi attended Lafayette College from 1993 to 1997 and obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Computer Science. In addition to their formal education, Sandra has also acquired several certifications. Sandra completed "Leading a Marketing Team" and "Managing High Potentials" certifications from LinkedIn in May 2019. In May 2017, they obtained the "Pragmatic Marketing Level 1 Certified" certification from Pragmatic Marketing.
