Suzana Gostiljac

Suzana Gostiljac has extensive experience in the field of human resources. Suzana is currently working as the Head Human Resources Specialist at Neotech Solutions, starting in February 2022. Prior to this role, they served as the International Human Resources Manager at Brasidas Group from August 2020 to April 2022. Suzana also held the position of Group Human Resources Manager at Fam Solutions Doo from July 2019 to July 2020. Before that, they worked as the Human Resources Manager at Black Horse FAS from March 2018 to June 2019. Suzana's experience also includes being the Head of Human Resources and Administration Department at Betagy Ltd from July 2017 to February 2018. Additionally, they worked at BNP Paribas for a significant period, starting in June 2011 as a Senior Officer in the Human Resources Sector and later serving as an Interpretor/Personal Assistant from May 2006 to May 2011. Suzana'sresponsibilities at BNP Paribas included managing POS Agents, coordinating recruitment processes, implementing HR policies and procedures, and maintaining HR records.

Suzana Gostiljac holds a Master's Degree in Public Relations and Multimedia Communications from the University of Belgrade, Faculty of Organizational Sciences. Suzana studied at this institution from 2007 to 2009, focusing on public relations, advertising, and applied communications. Prior to this, they attended the University of Belgrade, Faculty of Philology, from 1999 to 2005, where they obtained a Master's degree in the Italian Language and Literature. Apart from their academic qualifications, Suzana Gostiljac has also obtained a certification named HR Week 2022 from HR World in November 2022.
