Christopher Kell

Christopher Kell has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Christopher started their career as a Social Worker at Alachua County Public Schools from August 2004 to April 2007. Following this, they served in the United States Army Special Operations Command for ten years, starting in August 2007 and ending in September 2017. During their time in the Army, Christopher served as an Enlisted man, Officer, and Leader, and found fulfillment in helping young people grow and reaching their own potential.

In 2018, Christopher joined Amazon, where they held multiple roles over a four-year period. Christopher began as a Military Pathways Operations employee and worked their way up to become a Senior Operations Manager and Multi-Site Leader. Their responsibilities at Amazon included Robotics Project and Program Management, International Operations and Strategy, and People Leading, Developing, and Retaining talent. Christopher continues to maintain close relationships with many of their associates and leaders from their time at Amazon.

Currently, Christopher is the Chief Operating Officer and Founder of Neotein Nutrition LLC, a company they established in April 2022. Neotein specializes in creating recovery and hydration products and has experienced growth since its inception. Christopher is actively involved in the company's expansion and development.

Christopher Kell completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in History at the University of Florida from 2006 to 2008. Following this, they pursued further education at the Quantic School of Business and Technology, where they obtained a Master of Business Administration degree from 2020 to 2021.
