Jason Ragsdale

Jason Ragsdale has over 30 years of work experience in various roles within the logistics and supply chain industry. Jason began their career in 1992 as an Avionics Technician in the US Navy. Following their military service, Jason joined Jabil Global Services in 1998 as a Production Manager. In 2001, they transitioned to Supply Chain Solutions, where they worked as an Inventory Control Analyst. Jason then joined Caterpillar Logistics Services, Inc. in 2002, where they held multiple positions including Manager of Inventory Control, Manager of Operations, and Logistics Center Manager. During this time, they achieved certifications in 6 Sigma and Lean methodology and led numerous improvement projects resulting in significant cost savings. In 2012, Jason joined Neovia Logistics as a Logistics Center Manager and later progressed to the role of Logistics Site Manager. Currently, they hold the position of Director of Operations at Neovia Logistics.

Jason Ragsdale completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and Business Administration from the University of Louisville between 1996 and 2003. Jason then pursued a Master of Science degree in Global Supply Chain Management from Indiana University Bloomington from 2008 to 2010. In addition, Jason obtained certifications in Supply Chain Management Essentials from Indiana University and a Certified 6 Sigma Black Belt from Caterpillar University.
