Matt Young

Matt Young has a diverse work experience, starting in 1995 as a Systems Intern at State Farm. Matt then worked at Caterpillar Logistics Services, Inc. where they held multiple roles including Senior Systems Analyst, Facility Planning Engineer, Business Support Manager/Human Resources Manager, and Value Stream Manager. Matt later joined Neovia Logistics as Director of Operations and was responsible for managing the overall performance and profitability of multiple warehouse facilities. Matt also served as the Director of Commercial Operations, Global Key Accounts at Neovia Logistics, where they were accountable for the ongoing service delivery, financial performance, and client relationships of key accounts. Most recently, they worked as the Vice President of Key Accounts Management at GXO Logistics, Inc. where they focused on managing key accounts.

Matt Young holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Western Illinois University.
