Timothy Wilson

Timothy Wilson has a diverse work experience in various leadership and management roles. Timothy served as the Director of Operations Excellence at Neovia Logistics, where they implemented and managed the Neovia Operating System (NOS) for operational excellence. Prior to that, they worked as the Senior Director of the Program Management Office (PMO) at MedSynergies, overseeing program and project delivery. Timothy also held the position of VP of Quality Improvement at PhyServe Physician Services, responsible for Lean Six Sigma deployment and training. Earlier in their career, they had multiple roles at GE Capital, including Quality Leader and Master Black Belt, where they implemented Lean Six Sigma principles and led high-impact projects in risk management.

Timothy Wilson obtained an MBA in Operations & Information Management from the Wisconsin School of Business from 1993 to 1995. Prior to that, they earned a BA in Mathematics from Gustavus Adolphus College. In terms of additional certifications, Timothy is a Prosci® Certified Change Practitioner from Prosci and a Certified Change Management Professional™ (CCMP™) from the Association of Change Management Professionals (ACMP Global), both obtained in 2021. Timothy also holds a Lean Six Sigma - Master Black Belt certification from SIGMAPRO GLOBAL in 2015, a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute in 2013, and both Six Sigma Black Belt and Six Sigma Green Belt certifications from GE in 2003 and 2001, respectively.
