Praveena Thomas

Praveena Thomas is a seasoned Physician Assistant with extensive experience in nephrology. Currently serving at NANI - Nephrology Associates Northern Illinois / Indiana since January 2014, Praveena has previously worked as a Certified Physician Assistant at North Suburban Nephrology from March 2009 to December 2013.
