Srinka Ghosh

Srinka Ghosh has held various roles in the field of bioinformatics and data sciences. Srinka is currently the Vice President of Data Science and Software Engineering at Nephrosant, Inc. Prior to that, they worked as the Senior Director of Data Sciences and Bioinformatics at CareDx, Inc. Srinka also served as an Associate Director of Bioinformatics and a Senior Staff Bioinformatics Scientist at GRAIL, Inc. Before that, they were the Director of Bioinformatics at Cirina. Srinka also held positions as a Senior Bioinformatics Scientist at Ion Torrent Syst and a Senior Bioinformatics Applications Manager at Complete Genomics. Srinka began their career as a Bioinformatics Scientist at Genentech and then held various roles at Affymetrix and Agilent Technologies. Srinka Ghosh's education history starts with a Bachelor of Science degree in Physics and Math-CS from Sweet Briar College, which they obtained between 1989 and 1993. Following that, they pursued a Master of Science degree in Physics from Columbia Engineering, completing it from 1993 to 1995. Continuing their academic journey, Ghosh pursued a Ph.D. in BioEngineering from the University of California, Berkeley, between 1997 and 2001. Lastly, they obtained a diploma in Management of Technology from the University of California, Berkeley, Haas School of Business, in 2001.
