Paul Feldman

Paul Feldman is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the food industry. As Co-Founder and Process Engineer at Nepra Foods, Ltd. since July 2020, Paul specializes in developing functional ingredients, focusing on gluten-free, plant proteins, and sprouted and malted ancient grains. Prior to this, Paul was the Service Manager at RG Wood & Co. from October 1995 to January 2022 and owned Commercial Bakery Services from 1993 to October 1995, where expertise was centered on sales and service of commercial bakery equipment.
