Kyle Folland

Kyle Folland has been employed in the insurance and hospitality industries since 2011. From 2011 to 2015, they worked as a busser/food runner at The Grand Marlin and as a food runner at Casino Beach Bar and Grille. In 2016, they were an Operations Intern at C.H. Robinson, where they worked on the day to day operations side of the company, communicated with customers, and handled claims. From 2017 to 2019, they worked at UPC Insurance as a Senior Claims Adjuster and Property Claims Adjuster. Most recently, they have been employed at Neptune Flood Insurance since 2019, where they have held the roles of Director of Neptune Agency, Director of Customer Success, Customer Relationship Manager, and Sales Specialist.

Kyle Folland has a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Risk Management & Insurance from Florida State University, which they obtained between 2013 and 2017. In addition, they hold a Surplus Lines Insurance Broker License, Individual from the Florida Department of Financial Services, which they obtained in September 2021. Kyle also holds a General Lines - Property and Casualty certification from the same institution, which they obtained in August 2019, as well as an Adjuster - All Lines certification, which they obtained in July 2017.
