Product Development Engineer II at Neptune Medical

Jessica Koch has a diverse work experience. Jessica currently works as a Product Development Engineer II at Neptune Medical since June 2021. Prior to this, they worked at Boston University College of Engineering as part of their Master's Capstone at the Boston Medical Center Department of Cardiac Surgery from September 2020 to December 2022.

Jessica also has experience at Community Bridges, where they served as a Program Supervisor from January 2019 to August 2019. Before that, they worked as an Emergency Medical Technician/Behavioral Health Technician from February 2018 to August 2019.

Furthermore, Jessica has been involved with various committees and roles within the NCAA. Jessica served on the Board of Governors Student-Athlete Engagement Committee from April 2017 to January 2019 and was a part of the Division II National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA) Student-Athlete Advisory Committee from April 2015 to January 2019. Jessica also worked on the Committee on Competitive Safeguards and Medical Aspects of Sport from January 2017 to January 2018 and the Degree Completion Award Committee from March 2015 to August 2015.

Additionally, Jessica held leadership positions in the California Collegiate Athletic Association, where they served as the Student-Athlete Representative, President, and Treasurer from April 2014 to January 2018. Lastly, they were a Division II Soccer Student-Athlete and Captain at California State University-San Bernardino from September 2013 to June 2017.

Jessica Koch's education history includes a Bachelor's degree in Biology from California State University-San Bernardino, obtained between 2013 and 2017. Jessica is currently pursuing a Master of Engineering (MEng) in Biomedical Engineering at Boston University, starting in 2019. In addition, they have obtained a certification as an Emergency Medical Technician from National EMS, Inc. in June 2020.
