Jens Rubart

Jens Rubart is the Associate Director at NERA Economic Consulting. Jens has over fifteen years of experience in the field of economics, with a focus on competition economics, transfer pricing, and valuations.

Jens Rubart began their career as a Senior Economist at Baker & McKenzie in April 2011. In this role, they advised clients on a variety of economic issues relating to competition law, antitrust, and trade regulation. In July 2018, they transitioned to Baker McKenzie Deutschland, where they served as Counsel until November 2021.

Prior to joining Baker & McKenzie, Jens Rubart worked as a Senior Consultant at Deloitte & Touche GmbH, where they advised clients on transfer pricing issues. Jens also worked as a Referent at the Deutsche Bundesbank and as a Wissenschaftlicher Mitarbeiter at the Technische Universität Darmstadt and Universität Bielefeld.

Jens Rubart has a Doctorate in Economics from the Technical University of Darmstadt and a degree in Economics from Bielefeld University.
