Sandy Ringelstetter

Sandy Ringelstetter is the Chief Operating Officer and Managing Director at NERA Economic Consulting, a position held since September 2003. In this role, Sandy focuses on the energy, environment, and network industries, providing expertise in due diligence, acquisitions, and financing for both conventional and renewable power generation projects. Sandy's previous experience includes serving as Chief Operating Officer at Global Energy Decisions-AcuPower and e-Acumen, as well as holding the position of Vice President at PHB Hagler Bailly and Principal Engineer at R. W. Beck. Sandy began a career in engineering at Madison Gas and Electric Company. Sandy holds a Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Research, and a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, both from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
