Maraki Mikroudaki MCIPR has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Maraki'smost recent position is as the Associate Director, EDI and Advocacy at NERC: Natural Environment Research Council, where they lead policy engagement, organizational positioning, and the long-term impact showcase program. Maraki Mikroudaki MCIPR has a diverse education history. In 1996, they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business and Economics of Tourism from Technologiko Ekpaideutiko Idrima, Patron. Following that, they pursued their Master's degree in Communications Studies at the University of Leeds from 2003 to 2004. In 2004-2005, they continued their studies at the University of Leeds, earning a Master of Arts degree in Political Communication.

More recently, Maraki Mikroudaki completed the Oxford Executive Leadership Programme at the Saïd Business School, University of Oxford, in 2020-2021.
