Przemyslaw Raczka

Przemyslaw Raczka has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Przemyslaw is currently the Chief Executive Officer at Nesperta sp. z o.o., the owner of the Semilac and hi hybrid brands. Przemyslaw has also served as a Member of the Supervisory Board for Nesperta since June 2021. Prior to their current role, Przemyslaw was a Member of the Supervisory Board at Buglo Play from May 2021 to May 2022. Przemyslaw was an Investment Director at Resource Partners from January 2010 to June 2022. Przemyslaw also has experience in the financial sector, having worked as an Investment Analyst and Investment Banking at Bank Zachodni WBK S.A. from November 2007 to January 2010. Przemyslaw began their career as an Analyst at Deloitte in November 2006 and later moved to Ernst & Young where they worked as an Analyst from April 2006 to November 2006. Throughout their career, Przemyslaw has held several positions as a Member of the Supervisory Board in companies such as World Class Romania, SPS Handel S.A., DELICPOL sp. z o.o., and Polbita Sp. z o.o.

Przemyslaw Raczka completed their MSc in Finance and Accounting from Uniwersytet Ekonomiczny w Katowicach between 2002 and 2007. Additionally, they pursued an Executive MBA program jointly offered by the University of Quebec at Montreal (UQUAM) and Warsaw School of Economics (SGH) from 2014 to 2016.
