Cyrielle Hanser

Cyrielle Hanser is the current Global IT Business Relationship Manager at Nespresso. Prior to their current position, they were the Commercial Solutions Manager at Nestlé Nespresso SA from October 2008 to December 2015. In this role, they were responsible for leading the Commercial Solutions team to deliver the Nespresso Sales & Marketing roadmaps by driving the process and technical aspects of the projects and creating business solutions to meet Nespresso multi-channel (Retail, eCommerce, Trade, Call Center, B2B) challenges.

Some of their key achievements include successfully delivering all roadmaps above expectations with satisfaction of the Executive Management Board, driving a team of 8 to 19 project managers, business analysts and team leaders, and having yearly budget responsibility of 3,6MioCHF with year-end landing achieving 2% accuracy target.

Cyrielle Hanser has a master's degree in computer science from EPFL (École polytechnique fédérale de Lausanne) and a bachelor's degree in computer science from the same school. Cyrielle also has a baccalauréat in sciences from Lycée International de Ferney-Voltaire and a Brevet des Collèges from Collège de Prévessin. Cyrielle is certified by the Project Management Institute in PMP and by ITIL v3 Foundation.
