Daniela Dekhtyar McCarthy

Daniela Dekhtyar-McCarthy has a wealth of experience in the legal and compliance fields. Daniela began their career in 2011 as an Analyst for the Financial Intelligence Unit at American Express. Daniela then served as a Legal Intern at the Commodity Futures Trading Commission in 2015. In 2016, they became a Summer Associate at Davis Polk & Wardwell LLP before transitioning to an Associate role in 2017. In 2019, they joined Enigma Technologies, Inc. as the Legal Director and Head of Regulatory Strategy and Manager of Compliance & Financial Crimes Solutions. In 2021, they began working for Wells Fargo as the Conduct Management Program and Regulatory Leader, and also for Ness as the General Counsel & Compliance.

Daniela Dekhtyar-McCarthy received their Doctor of Law (J.D.) from Columbia Law School between 2014 and 2017. Prior to that, they earned an A.B. in Sociology, Secondary in Economics, and Citation in Russian from Harvard University between 2007 and 2011. Daniela also attended Ramapo High School.
