Zachary Sweeney has had a diverse work experience, beginning with being a Lifeguard at Raymond Scott Vincent Pools and Georgetown Preparatory School Aquatic Center in 2014. In 2016, they served as a Teacher Assistant at Georgetown Preparatory School. In 2017, they were an Intern at the Council on Competitiveness. In 2018, they were a Consulting Intern at Johns Hopkins Solutions. In 2019, they were a Product Management & Analytics Intern at Capital One, Founder & CEO of Lolly Medical, and a Research Assistant at The Wharton School's Impact Laboratory. In 2020, they were a Senior Business Analyst and Product Management & Analytics Associate at Capital One and, as of 2022, they are Lead, Credit at Ness. While at The Wharton School, Zachary contributed to 3 research projects and helped contribute to Professor Adam Grant's newest book, "Think Again".

Zachary Sweeney attended Georgetown Preparatory School from 2012 to 2016, where they were a National AP Scholar and achieved Dean's List status. In 2014 and 2015, they obtained High School Diplomas from Universidad del Salvador and Taichung First Senior High School, respectively. In 2016, they attended The Wharton School and graduated with a Huntsman Program in International Studies & Business, Economics. In 2018, they studied Philology at Universidad de Sevilla. In 2017, they obtained a certification in Raiser's Edge from Blackbaud.
