Dileep Choyappally

Dileep Choyappally has a diverse work experience spanning over several roles and companies. Dileep is currently serving as the Vice President & Head of Human Resources at NeST Digital Pvt Ltd since December 2020. Prior to this, they worked as a Director at Mozanta Technologies from April 2019 to December 2020. Dileep also held the position of Manager - L & D at United Technologies from October 2017 to April 2019. Before that, Dileep worked at IBS Software Services, where they held various roles such as Group Manager - HR from August 2014 to October 2017, Manager - Human Resources from January 2010 to August 2014, and Business Consultant from July 2005 to January 2010. Dileep initially started their career at IBS Software Services as an Executive - Global Business Services from June 2004 to April 2005 and as a PEQA Executive from May 2002 to May 2004.

Dileep Choyappally completed their PGDM degree in Marketing & Finance from Amrita School of Business between 2000 and 2002. Prior to that, they obtained a B.Tech degree in Mechanical Engineering from Government Engineering College, Thrissur from 1995 to 1999. Before pursuing their undergraduate degree, they completed their Pre-Degree education in Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, English, and Hindi at St. Thomas College, Thrissur from 1993 to 1995. Finally, Dileep completed their secondary education at N S S High School from 1981 to 1993, where they obtained their SSLC degree. In addition, Dileep Choyappally obtained a certification as a Certified Learning & Development Professional from Aon Hewitt in January 2017.
