Role Summary  As an IT Systems Administrator at Nest Health, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficiency, security, and reliability of our IT infrastructure. You will be an employee facing service expert that seeks to provide the highest level of support to our growing team & develops new ways of streamlining employee experience & backend processes. Leveraging your expertise and experience, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining our systems, networks, and servers to support our daily operations and strategic objectives.  

What You’ll Do  User Onboarding, Support, and Troubleshooting:  Ensure seamless new employee/contractor onboardings. Provide technical support and assistance to end-users, resolving hardware, software, and network-related issues in a timely manner. Maintain thorough documentation and knowledge base articles to facilitate user self-help and knowledge transfer. Conduct user training sessions to promote best practices and enhance IT literacy across the organization.    System Administration:  Manage and maintainAzure Cloud infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance, security, and reliability. Monitor system activities and resource utilization to identify and resolve issues proactively. Install, configure, and maintain operating systems, software applications, and system patches/updates. Implement,maintain and document backup and disaster recovery solutions to safeguard data integrity and availability.    Network Administration:  Configure and maintain network infrastructure, including routers, switches, firewalls, remote monitoring systems, and VPNs. Monitor network performance and troubleshoot connectivity issues to ensure seamless operation. Implement and enforce network security measures to protect against unauthorized access and cyber threats. Manage DNS, DHCP, and other networking services to support business operations.    System Security and Compliance:  Implement and maintain security policies, procedures, and controls to protect sensitive data and mitigate security risks. Conduct regular security audits and vulnerability assessments to identify and address potential threats and vulnerabilities. Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, standards, and industry best practices (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA, ISO 27001).    Experience, Qualifications & Skills   Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. Experience in a startup environment is strongly preferred Minimum of 5 years of experience in End User support and IT systems administration. Experiencemanaging and supporting both desktop and mobile hardware/software (Windows, Android, iOS) Proficient with all aspects of Microsoft Azure and O365 suite Ability to collaborate with key stakeholders to build process & procedures  Strong knowledge of networking protocols, services, and technologies. Experience with virtualization technologies (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V). Familiarity with cloud platforms and services (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud). Familiarity with Salesforce CRM and Athena EHR is a plus.  Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.  Nest understands that job requirements sometimes exclude people who identify with historically marginalized groups from applying to jobs for which they are qualified. Travel & Physical Requirements  Average travel is once per quarter.
