Andrei Papaz has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning over several companies. Starting in 2005, they worked as a Java Developer at Evertz Microsystems. In 2006, they joined Redknee as a Release Management Team Member and later worked as a Software Tools Assistant at Research In Motion Limited. In 2007, Andrei worked as a Programmer/Analyst at RBC Financial Group, where they developed an encrypted file migration tool and participated in the migration of several banking solutions applications. In 2008, they worked as a Software Developer at both Entrust and SAP, where they gained experience in PKI technologies and Mac OS X technologies. From 2009 to 2012, Andrei served as a Technical Systems Analyst at RBC. In 2012, they joined Scotiabank as a Programmer Analyst II and then moved on to Nest Wealth. At Nest Wealth, Andrei held various roles starting as a Back-End Engineer in 2016 and gradually progressing to become the VP Architecture, demonstrating their strong expertise and leadership abilities in the field of engineering and product development.

Andrei Papaz completed a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from the University of Waterloo from 2004 to 2009. Prior to that, they attended Westdale Secondary School from 2000 to 2004. In addition to their formal education, Andrei obtained certifications in "Tech Leads 101" from Upspark in 2018 and "Betterboss" from Raw Signal Group, although the specific year of completion for the latter is unknown.
