Sinduri Soundararajan is currently serving as a Climate Solutions Specialist at Nest, focusing on worker-centered, gender-responsive, and global climate resilience solutions in collaboration with Etsy and Nike since June 2023. Previously, Sinduri worked as a Climate Corps Fellow at the Environmental Defense Fund, developing disaster resilience resources for U.S. maker-entrepreneurs and supporting climate impacts research. Sinduri has held various roles in academic and policy settings, including Graduate Teaching Assistant positions at the University of Chicago, an Outreach & Policy Intern with the Metropolitan Water Reclamation District of Greater Chicago, and an Environmental Justice Intern at the White House. Sinduri has a Master's degree in Public Policy from the Harris School of Public Policy at the University of Chicago and a Bachelor's degree in Public Policy and Environmental & Urban Studies from the University of Chicago.
