Swanand Dhawan

Swanand Dhawan is an engineer at NESTAWAY Technologies Private Limited. Swanand previously worked as a senior software engineer at Razorpay from November 2020 to February 2021. Swanand also worked as a software development engineer II at NestAway Technologies Pvt Ltd from December 2016 to October 2020, where they were a key contributor in replacing Salesforce with inhouse CRM built over a span of just 5 months, contributing in saving around ₹ 32 million/year. Swanand also designed and built robust incentives service for owner callers and on-field people through which ₹ 1 million+ has been paid in the past 7 months. In addition, they planned and migrated 4+ million records from Salesforce to internal CRM with smart throttling within a span of 2 weeks. Swanand also seamlessly replaced customer care team with tech solution for current pandemic by creating respective tasks for all the incoming communications (email, call, Whatsapp) which reduced the manual intervention, hence faster resolution of queries. Finally, they designed and implemented bot service to automate repetitive reminder tasks of tenant callers which saved up to 10,000 mins of callers time in just a month.

Swanand Dhawan has a Master of Computer Applications from the Department of Computer Science at the University of Pune, and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Fergusson College.
