Sylvia Tan

Sylvia Tan is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer service and operations management within various leading organizations. Currently serving as the Vendor Settlement Manager-APAC at Neste since January 2022, Sylvia contributes to the company's mission of combating climate change through renewable fuel solutions. Prior to Neste, Sylvia held multiple roles at Chevron from August 2008 to December 2021, including Supervisor of the Customer Service Center (Asia) and Special Projects Manager, focusing on customer retention strategies and digital transformation initiatives. Earlier career experience includes positions at Rio Tinto as a Regional Business Analyst, Sagem Orga as a Marketing and Planning Manager, and Sony Electronics as an Assistant Manager. Sylvia's academic credentials include a Master's degree in Business from The University of Queensland and a Bachelor's degree in Business from the University of South Australia, complemented by a Diploma in Biotechnology from Ngee Ann Polytechnic.
