Miia Lehmuskoski has an extensive background in human resources, holding various leadership positions in companies like Neste, Neste Jacobs, Fujitsu Finland, and WSP Finland Ltd. Currently, Miia serves as the Vice President Human Resources / Global Organizational Services at Neste, leading HR Business Solutions teams and responsible for HR Excellence globally. Miia is known for their expertise in HR management, business partnering, and organizational transformation projects. Miia holds a Master of Science degree in Environmental Engineering Technology from the University of Oulu and has completed leadership programs at IMD.
