Rafael Pizzato

Rafael Pizzato has had extensive work experience in various leadership roles across different companies. Rafael began their career at Rumo, where they held roles as Global Management Trainee, Urban Distribution Manager, and Head of Intermodal Business Unit. Rafael then joined Anheuser-Busch InBev, where they served as Global Manager of Logistics & Supply Chain, Director of Logistics Development for Europe, Director of Supply Chain for Benelux & France, Italy, and Spain, Director of Operations & Strategy for APAC, and VP and Country GM for South Korea. After that, they worked at Alpargatas S.A. as the Global Director of the Beyond Core Business Unit & New Business. Most recently, they served as the Vice President of Growth (CGO) and Chief Growth Officer at Puravida, which was acquired by Nestlé Health Science, where they currently hold the position of Vice President of Growth @Puravida.

Rafael Pizzato has a diverse education history. In 1999, they earned a degree in Civil Engineering from USP - Universidade de São Paulo. In 2010 and 2011, they attended Cranfield School of Management, focusing on Finance, General. In 2012, Rafael completed the Global Supply Chain Leadership Program at the MIT Sloan School of Management. Finally, in 2015, they participated in the AB-InBev Senior Leadership Program at the University of Virginia Darden School of Business.
