Global Medical Affairs Lead Paediatric Allergy at Nestlé Health Science

Sue Jones has extensive work experience in the fields of healthcare, nutrition, and project management. Sue has held roles such as Global Medical Affairs Lead for Paediatric Allergy at Nestlé Health Science, Technical Team Leader for management4health GmbH, and Health and Nutrition Thematic Head at Save the Children South Africa. Sue has also worked as a consultant and intern for UNICEF, providing technical assistance and supporting the implementation of health policies. Sue Jones has a background in dietetics and has held positions such as Liver and Gastro Lead Dietitian at the Royal Free Hospital London and Deputy Dietetic Manager at the Singapore National University Hospital.

Sue Jones earned a Master's degree in Public Health from the London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine, U. of London, from 2010 to 2013. Sue also obtained a BSc Hons degree in Nutrition, Biology, and Dietetics from London Metropolitan University, from 1985 to 1989.
