Jeni Dillman

Jeni Dillman, SHRM-CP, is an experienced human resources professional currently serving as a Senior Human Resources Generalist at Nestlé Purina North America since April 2023. Jeni has held various significant roles in the field, including Human Resources Manager at I&M Machine and Fabrication and Human Resources Business Partner at PENN Entertainment, Inc. in late 2022. Prior to these positions, Jeni was the Director of Human Resources at Affinity Gaming and held multiple HR roles, including Human Resources Manager and People Lead in different organizations. Jeni's educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in Psychology with an Organizational Leadership Concentration from Missouri Western State University, along with a certification in Administrative from Hillyard Technical Center.
