Barbara Sollero

Barbara Sollero is an experienced professional in sustainable agriculture and milk sourcing, currently serving as Executive Manager of Sustainable Agriculture and previously as ESG Milk Sourcing Manager and Supplier Development & Quality Manager at Nestlé. Barbara has also worked as a Technical and Managerial Consultant independently and held a position at Embare Industrias Alimenticias S.A. as part of the EMBARÉ S.A. – INDÚSTRIA DE LATICÍNIOS. Early career experience includes a role in the Programa de Desenvolvimento da Pecuária Leiteira at PDPL UFV. Barbara holds a degree in Zootecnia from Universidade Federal de Viçosa and an MBA in Gestão Estratégica de Pessoas from FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas.
