Erica Upham is an experienced communications professional with a robust background in employee communications and collaboration, currently serving as the Manager of Employee Communications and Collaboration at Nestlé USA and previously at Gerber. Erica has held various leadership roles, including Internal Communications Manager at Evolve, Communications Consultant at 7-Eleven, and Communications Manager and Internal Communications Team Lead at Topgolf. As the Founder and Brand Development and Strategy Officer of Out of the Kennel, LLC, Erica has also demonstrated entrepreneurial skills. Erica Upham holds a Master of Business Administration with a dual concentration in Strategy and Marketing from Southern Methodist University.
