Florence Henry is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in sustainability and brand management, currently serving as the Global Head of Sustainability Nutrition at Nestlé since July 2011. In this role, Florence leads the sustainability initiatives for the Dairy category globally, develops climate roadmaps, and drives innovative practices that align with Nestlé’s mission of being 'Business as a Force for Good'. Florence held various leadership positions at Nestlé, including Regional General Manager for the Dairy business in the Middle East and Global Category Manager for Dairy SBU. Prior to Nestlé, Florence gained significant experience at Associated British Foods plc, Novartis, and Danone, focusing on strategy, innovation, and marketing in international markets. Education includes a degree in Business Sustainability Management from the University of Cambridge, complemented by studies at IMD, London Business School, WHU – Otto Beisheim School of Management, and EDHEC Business School.
