Kristy Martin

Kristy Martin, PHR, SHRM-CP has extensive experience in the field of labor and employee relations, holding various titles at Nestlé in the US market. Kristy also had roles in human resources management and training at factories. In addition, Kristy served as an adjunct instructor in business and HR management at Lakeland University. Prior to that, Kristy was a Training Coordinator at Silver Spring Foods, Inc. and a Site Client Staffing Coordinator at Doherty: The Employment Experts. Kristy holds a Master's degree in Training and Development from the University of Wisconsin-Stout and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Lakeland College.
