Michelle Alvarillo is the current VP Regional Manager for South East Asia, Zone Asia-Oceania-Sub Saharan Africa at Nestlé. Michelle has over 20 years of experience in the food and beverage industry, starting their career at Nestlé Philippines in 1998 as a Sales Operations Manager. In 2000, they were promoted to Marketing Manager and held that position for 8 years until they were transferred to Nestle SA in Switzerland in 2008 as a Global Marketing Advisor. After 3 years, they returned to the Philippines in 2011 as a Business Executive Manager for the Beverage Business Unit before assuming their current role in 2013.

Michelle Alvarillo's educational career includes a Program for Executive Development from IMD and a Bachelor of Science in Management Engineering from Ateneo de Manila University.

Their manager is Mark Schneider, CEO. They work with Bernard Meunier - EVP & Head of Strategic Business Units, Marketing & Sales, Chris Hogg - VP, Head Of Communications, Zone Asia, Oceania and Sub-Saharan Africa, and Sanjay Bahadur - Head of Group Strategy and Business Development.
