Nupur Arora has over a decade of experience at Nestlé, serving in various leadership roles in demand and supply planning across multiple business units. Currently, Nupur heads the Demand & Supply Planning for the Foods Business, managing a team of over 100 for one of the largest Nestlé Nutrition factories in the AOA zone, with an annual turnover of approximately USD 570 million. Key accomplishments include winning the 'Supply Chain Step Change' award for South Asia and successfully launching a new Breakfast Cereal portfolio in record time. Nupur's background includes significant contributions to dairy and baby food supply planning, leading GST implementation projects, and a robust educational foundation with an MBA in Supply Chain Management from the Indian Institute of Management Mumbai.
