Russell Niswander

Russell Niswander is an experienced financial and risk management professional, currently serving as VP of Investments, Risk and Treasury at Nestlé since May 2011. In this role, Russell manages a team overseeing $12 billion in pension, 401k, deferred compensation, and other foundation assets, along with handling extensive insurance placements and enterprise risk management for Nestlé’s North American operations. Prior positions at Nestlé include Senior Director of Investments and Risk Management, Head of Group Pensions Unit, Director of Executive Compensation & Pensions, and Manager of Pension Administration, all of which involved significant strategic initiatives and enhancements in benefits management and risk mitigation. Earlier career experiences at Towers Watson, Mercer, and EY focused on consulting in executive compensation and benefits administration. Russell holds Bachelor's degrees in Actuarial Science and French Language and Literature from The Ohio State University.
