Sarah Vuittenez Nikolic

Sarah Vuittenez Nikolic is an accomplished manufacturing leader with extensive experience at Nestlé since 2004. Currently serving as Manufacturing Manager and Technical Lead, Sarah oversees strategic leadership for the Confectionery business across six manufacturing facilities in multiple countries, managing approximately 4,000 FTEs. Previous roles include Head of Performance Acceleration, where Sarah was responsible for manufacturing strategy, talent management, and delivering significant cost initiatives exceeding 100 million CHF. Additional positions held include Factory Manager, Plant Manager, and Area Manager, with expertise spanning global improvement projects and operational performance. Sarah holds an Ingenieur degree from UTC and has further education from Université Laval and UTBM.
