Esther Deutsch is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in both management and advisory roles across various industries. Currently serving as a Senior MSP Partner Success Manager at Net at Work since January 2024, Esther facilitates growth for Managed Service Providers through the MSP Alliance Program. As a Business Advisor for MarketIntent, Esther contributes to a NYC tech startup focusing on human capital solutions. Esther co-founded the In This Together Roundtable to support entrepreneurs and professionals in business growth. Previous roles include Operations Manager and Procurement Specialist at RCS Professional Services, where Esther was integral to achieving organizational goals and fostering partnerships. Esther also has academic experience as an Adjunct Professor at Lackawanna College and has held mentoring and counseling positions with The Leadership Program and P2L: Pathways to Leadership.
