Kristen Thomas

Kristen Thomas has extensive work experience in both sales and event management. Kristen is currently working at Net Health as the Manager of Deal Desk, a role they began in 2022. Prior to this, from 2021 to 2022, they were a Sales Contract Manager at the same company.

Before joining Net Health, Kristen worked at the Nashville Wine Auction starting in 2016. From 2019 to 2021, they served as the Information Manager, responsible for managing the CRM system and overseeing the implementation process of software programs. During this time, they also created a strategic plan for CRM adoption and major projects.

Initially, Kristen worked as an Event Assistant at the Nashville Wine Auction from 2016 to 2019. In this role, they assisted with the planning and execution of major events, including managing logistics, coordinating services, and organizing tracking systems.

Kristen Thomas earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Social Justice with a Concentration in Nonprofit Management from Trevecca Nazarene University. These include "Essential Lessons for First-Time Managers" and "Human Leadership" from LinkedIn, both obtained in July 2022, as well as a "Salesforce Certified Administrator (SCA)" certification from Salesforce, obtained in January 2021.
