Matthew Wesolosky, CPA, has over 20 years of work experience in finance and accounting roles. Matthew currently serves as the Vice President, Controller at Net Health since March 2022. Prior to that, they were the Controller at Net Health from April 2020 to March 2022.

Before joining Net Health, Matthew held the position of Director, Finance and Accounting at Peoples Natural Gas from 2018 to 2020. In this role, they were responsible for financial planning and analysis, tax, corporate insurance, and regulatory matters. Matthew also co-managed a cross-departmental initiative to develop financial projections for filing with regulators.

From 2005 to 2018, Matthew worked at Delta Natural Gas Company, Inc. in various roles. Matthew started as the Manager of Internal Controls from 2005 to 2007, where they managed activities related to the assessment of internal controls and coordinated audit activities with external firms. Matthew then became the Manager of Accounting and Information Technology from 2007 to 2010, overseeing a team of 11 professionals and ensuring compliance with accounting rules and regulations. Finally, they served as the Vice President and Controller from 2010 to 2018, leading financial planning, reporting, and operations for the company.

Matthew began their career at PwC as a Senior Associate from 2003 to 2005, leading financial audits for various clients. Matthew also had experience in systems process assurance and reviews of internal controls.

Prior to PwC, Matthew worked as a Senior Auditor at Cotton + Allen from 2001 to 2003, where they directed financial audits for corporate clients and implemented computer-aided audit techniques.

Matthew's early experience includes working as an Accounting Systems Analyst/Coordinator at Delta Natural Gas Company, Inc. from 1998 to 2001.

Throughout their career, Matthew has demonstrated expertise in finance, accounting, internal controls, IT, and SEC reporting.

Matthew Wesolosky, CPA, received their Bachelor of Science in Accounting (BSA) from the University of Kentucky in 1999. In September 2000, Matthew obtained their Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification.
