Brandon Heffinger is the Chief Commercial Officer at NET Power. Brandon was previously an attorney with Smith Anderson, where they worked in the Business Litigation Practice Group. Brandon also served as a Zuckerman Fellow at Harvard Kennedy School, a judicial law clerk for the Honorable Richard L. Voorhees in the U.S. District Court for the Western District of North Carolina, and the founder and director of the Wake Forest Veterans Legal Clinic and Adjunct Professor of Law at Wake Forest University School of Law. Prior to their career in law, Brandon served as a commissioned officer in the United States Marine Corps.

Brandon Heffinger has a Master of Public Administration (MPA) from Harvard Kennedy School, a Juris Doctor (JD) from Wake Forest University School of Law, and a BA in Political Science and Brandon'story minor from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Brandon also did a Study Abroad in Religion, Medieval Brandon'story from the University of St Andrews. Brandon Heffinger has certification from the United States Department of Defense in Top Secret Security Clearance, as well as certification from U.S. District Courts for the Eastern, Middle, and Western Districts of North Carolina in Admission to Practice Law.
