Ltd. since June 2010, Arun serves as Manager-Process Excellence, focusing on the establishment and management of Quality Assurance systems to align with business and certification needs, along with reengineering processes for enhanced efficiency. Prior to this role, Arun worked at ICICI Bank from August 2007 to March 2010 in Merchant Services and Credit Cards, emphasizing solutions for merchants to maximize business volumes and manage key business and strategic MIS. Arun's educational background includes studies at Delhi University from 2009 to 2010.
