Courtney Waite

Courtney Waite is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in total rewards and compensation strategies. Currently serving as Vice President of Total Rewards and Wellbeing at NetApp since August 2021, Courtney previously held positions such as Senior Director and Director of Wellness and Global Benefits within the same company. Prior to NetApp, Courtney was the Director of Executive and Global Compensation at Newmont Corporation from December 2017 to August 2021, where responsibilities included evolving compensation strategies and implementing enterprise-wide people programs. Additional experience includes roles at Aon as Associate Director, focusing on executive engagements in the biotech and pharmaceutical sectors, and management positions at Cimarex Energy and Hay Group, specializing in talent management and reward program design. Courtney holds an MBA from the University of Denver and a Bachelor's degree in Economics from the University of Colorado Boulder, supplemented by studies at Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona.
