Rachel Woodburn

Rachel Woodburn is a seasoned professional in talent acquisition and human resources, currently serving as the Manager of America's Early In Career Team at NetApp since January 2017. In this role, Rachel oversees recruiting efforts across sales, marketing, services, and customer support, as well as managing the Early In Career intern program and the NetApp Emerging Talent program. Prior to this, Rachel held the position of Lead Global HR Program Manager at NetApp, focusing on the S3 Academy program. Rachel's career began at Enterprise, where, as an Early In Career Recruiter and later Manager from January 2015 to January 2017, strategies were implemented to enhance customer service and employee development. Rachel holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing from Western Carolina University, earned between 2011 and 2014.
