Rachel Woodburn is a seasoned professional in talent acquisition and human resources, currently serving as the Manager of America's Early In Career Team at NetApp since January 2017. In this role, Rachel oversees recruiting efforts across sales, marketing, services, and customer support, as well as managing the Early In Career intern program and the NetApp Emerging Talent program. Prior to this, Rachel held the position of Lead Global HR Program Manager at NetApp, focusing on the S3 Academy program.
