Ana Săndulescu

Ana Săndulescu has a diverse work experience in various roles related to CRM and marketing. Most recently, they are serving as the Global Head of CRM & Marketing at NetBet since July 2023. Prior to that, they worked as the Head of CRM at Growtrics from July 2022 to present, where they were responsible for building lifecycles and customer funnels, managing promotional calendars, and optimizing processes. Ana also co-founded Ace of Slots in December 2020. Before that, Ana held the position of Customer Retention Manager at PlayFrank from April 2018 to March 2022, where they implemented CRM strategies, optimized player lifetime value, and led the loyalty program. Ana has also worked at Temenos as a Strategy Analyst & Customer Advocacy Coordinator, Hewlett Packard Enterprise as a Senior Deal Specialist, and Standout as a Monitoring Team Lead.

Ana Săndulescu obtained a Master's degree in Organisational Management from the Faculty of Economy and Business Administration at University Alexandru I. Cuza, Iași from 2011 to 2013. Ana also obtained a certification as an Optimove Certified Professional from Optimove in March 2023.
