Rhonda Casper

Rhonda Casper has nearly 25 years of experience in Human Resources. Rhonda has worked as the Senior Vice President of Human Resources at NetCentrics since 2023. Prior to that, they were the Chief Human Resources Officer at Empower AI. Rhonda served as the Senior Vice President of Human Resources at Tyto Athene, LLC from 2021 to 2022. Before that, they worked for ASRC Federal as the Vice President of Human Resources and Learning & Development for seven years. Their responsibilities included leading a team of 21 for full life cycle recruiting, as well as assisting with talent management. Rhonda also held the role of Vice President of Talent Acquisition and Leadership Development at ASRC Federal. Rhonda spent a decade at URS Corporation in various talent acquisition roles, including Director of Talent Acquisition & Diversity and Manager of Talent Acquisition and Recruiting Projects. Rhonda began their HR career as an Account Executive/Senior Recruiter at TRAK Services.

Rhonda Casper earned a Bachelor of Science degree from Southeast Missouri State University in Human Studies between 1992 and 1996. Rhonda later completed a Master's Degree in Human Resource Management from the University of Maryland Global Campus between 2018 and 2020.
