Martin Lutz is an experienced professional with a diverse background in project management, product ownership, and software development. Martin began their career as a Project Manager at C Development AG in 1996 and later worked as a Project Leader at Concast Standard AG in 1998. From 1998 to 2007, Martin held various roles at SWX Swiss Exchange, including Software Development Specialist and Software Configuration Specialist. In 2007, they joined UBS as a Business Engineer and later took on the role of Principal Consultant at Capco in 2014. Martin then returned to UBS in 2015, where they served as a Product and Project Manager, and eventually became the Head Client Advisor Workbenches. In 2019, they joined Bergos Berenberg as a Project Manager, driving digital strategy and transformation, before moving to their current position as a Senior Project Manager and Product Owner in Financial Technology at Netcetera - Software matters in 2020. Throughout their career, Martin has demonstrated expertise in project management, product development, and strategic transformation.

Martin Lutz completed their education in a chronological manner. Martin attended PHW Business School from 2002 to 2004, where they obtained an Executive Master Business Engineer degree. Before that, from 1992 to 1995, they studied at the Polytechnic School of Engineering Winterthur and earned a Dipl. El.-Ing. HTL degree.

In addition to their formal education, Martin Lutz has also received several certifications. In 2023, they completed the "Leading Sustainability: High Impact Leadership" program at the University of Cambridge. In 2020, they obtained the "Mastering Design Thinking" certification from MIT Sloan Executive Education, as well as the "Executive Education, Digital Disruption: Digital Transformation Strategies" certification from the University of Cambridge. Martin was also certified as an SWX Swiss Exchange Trader by the SWX Swiss Exchange in 2006 and became a Project Management Professional (PMP) in 2016 through the Project Management Institute.
