Simona Kostovska

Simona Kostovska has a diverse work experience that spans several industries. Simona started their career in 2012 as a Volunteer at EESTEC LC Skopje and Student Volunteer at the Student Parliament of the Faculty of Electrical Engineering and Information Technology. Simona later became the Vice President and Board Member of the Student Parliament.

In 2017, Simona worked as a Public Relations professional at SmartUp - Social Innovation Lab. Simona then joined if when then as a Balkan Community Manager, where they contributed to the development of an EOS Blockchain search engine and social network.

Simona's experience also includes being the COO & Account Manager at a confidential company, where they were responsible for overseeing operations, implementing business strategies, managing client relations, and leading a team. Simona also served as a Marketing Executive & Project Manager at the same company.

Simona has a passion for education and training. Simona worked as a Trainer at iThink Academy, a Marketing Specialist at Axapta Masters, and a Certified DMI Trainer at Galeksia. At Galeksia, they taught Digital Marketing programs certified by industry leaders such as Google, Facebook, and LinkedIn.

Additionally, Simona has contributed to the entrepreneurial ecosystem in Skopje. Simona served as the Co-Director of Startup Grind Skopje, a community for entrepreneurs, and as the Netaville Community Manager at Netcetera - Software matters.

Throughout their career, Simona has demonstrated strong leadership skills, effective communication, and a commitment to professional development. Simona has a diverse skill set, including marketing, project management, public relations, and community management.

Simona Kostovska has a diverse educational background. Simona obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science and Information Technology from the Faculty of Electrical Engineering and Information Technologies (FEIT) between 2012 and 2018. In 2020, Simona completed a certification as a Certified Digital Marketing Specialist from the Digital Marketing Institute, specializing in Digital Marketing Strategy and Planning.

In addition to their formal education, Simona has also earned several additional certifications. These include "Management Skills" and "Skills for Success" from Motiva - Management Education and Training in 2017, "Online Marketing," "Illustrator," "Tips and Tricks from the Co-founder of Startup Weekend," "Blogging," and "Photoshop for Beginners" from Brainster in 2016. Simona also earned the "RoboMac 2015 - Advanced Workshop for Robotics and AI" certification from IEEE Student Branch Macedonia in 2015. Furthermore, they obtained certifications in "Brain New Product" from EESTEC LC Skopje in 2014, "New Media Ambassador" from GEYC in 2014, "Leadership Academy 2014" from Soroptimist Struga Club in 2014, "Educational Part of 'Contact 2014' - Job and Internship Expo" from SP FEEIT in 2014, and "Entrepreneurship - The Future of the Students" from the Economic Chamber of Macedonia in 2014.
