John Norton

John Norton has a diverse work experience spanning from 2006 to 2023. John started their career as a Microsoft Software Architect at SolutionStream Inc. in 2006 and then worked as a Sr. Technical Program Manager at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints from 2007 to 2009. John later joined Agilex Technologies as a Technical Lead / Sr. Software Engineer in 2009 and worked there until 2012. In 2012, John became the Director of Information Technology at Blu., where they managed various IT aspects for a fast-growing alternative energy startup. John then joined Agilex Technologies again in 2013 as a Senior Technical Team Lead before moving to Jive Communications, Inc. as a Developer of Awesome in 2014. From 2015 to 2018, John worked at Ancestry as an AWS Cloud Architect and later as a Principal Software Engineer. John then joined Cox Automotive Inc. in 2018 and served as a Principal Cloud Architect until 2022. Currently, John is working at Harness as a Solutions Architect from 2022 onwards and will be joining NetDocuments in 2023 as a Principal Cloud Architect.

John Norton attended Timpview High School from 1989 to 1992 but did not receive a degree or major in any field of study. From 1995 to 1998, they attended Brigham Young University and obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management, Information Systems.
