Marisa Compton

Marisa Compton is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in contingent workforce management and talent acquisition. Currently serving as a Leader in Contingent Talent at Netflix since July 2018, Marisa has held various roles including Contingent Talent Program Manager and Contingent Talent Business Partner. Prior to Netflix, Marisa worked at TalentWave from September 2013 to June 2018, where responsibilities included management of Intuit's Managed Service Provider (MSP) as Director of Global Contingent Workforce, and previous roles involved supporting contingent hiring operations. Marisa's earlier career includes positions in talent acquisition at companies such as Encore Capital Group, AutoAnything, Northwestern Mutual, Kforce Technology Staffing, and Outsource Technical. Marisa holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication/English from San Diego State University.
